Fantastische centrale ligging met uitgaansherrie in de nacht.
8.0De ligging aan de rand van Salamanca, vlak bij het Retiro park en met de Gran Via, Sol, het Prado Museum enzovoorts op loopafstand is geweldig! Goed te bereiken met metro vanaf vliegveld.
− De ventilatie met airco doet het niet goed, dus wilden we ramen open zetten. Ons raam was aan de zijstraat die overdag rustig is, maar waar elke nacht heel veel lawaai van mensen die uitgaan is. We konden er niet goed van slapen.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
