Great location. I appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment.
6.0Location was excellent. Max, who met us the first day with the keys, was very gracious and informative. He was great.
− The mattress was rather hard and the bed too low for 60 something adults (us). We could have used a few more cooking utensils in the kitchen. The neighbors or visitors in the building were very noisy at times, especially late at night. It was hard to sleep.

8.0Stay U-nique were excellent, extremely well organised in their approach and communications and they are recommended highly. The welcome was personal and excellent with great communications. The apartment generally lived up to expectations, the place being very clean and orderly. Fantastic location in the heart of Barcelona very close to Metro ands train station was just perfect.
− A little maintenance was needed in places, for example where the water from the shower sprays onto surfaces needs some attention. Bathroom fan didn't work. Kitchen knives were the usual cheap quality. Egg cups would have been nice as would have been a proper dining table.

− elevator in the building needs to be upgraded. due to the demand and frequency of use it needs to be serviced and repaired or calibrated. we got stuck inside for a few minutes. pls service the cleaning of the apt as part of the amenities. towels and sheets need to be replaced every so often.
