2.0Ubicación excelente y el apartamento limpio y acogedor.
− Llegamos a las 15,00 horas usando un código de entrada para el portal y al llegar a la puerta del apartamento ESTABA ABIERTO y no había nadie. En la mesa del salón una pieza metálica con unos tornillos que resulta era el lateral de la puerta donde cierra el pestillo. Hago la reclamación telefónica, no sabían nada y hasta el día siguiente a las 16,00 horas no fueron a repararlo. 24 HORAS el apartamento abierto con todas nuestras cosas dentro (5 personas). Si bien es cierto que no nos faltó nada, me parece muy poco profesional que desde la empresa que lo gestiona no sepan nada, dejen el apartamento abierto a nuestra llegada y tarden 24 horas en solucionarlo.

− El apartamento olía mal al entrar, no funcionaba la calefacción , la puerta de entrada se atascaba y no cerraba bien , el ascensor pobre y no llega a la puerta de entrada
