7.0The location is great, it’s just a five minute walk from the green line EMPALME stop. The neighbourhood is friendly and you have all the amenities in the area. The flat is basic but convenient for a city break, if you are planning to stay in the apartment then it’s not your best choice. The kitchen had bits and pieces to cook a quick meal and the bathroom was great.
− The bed and the sofa bed are not the most comfortable and the whole place could do with a bit of TLC.

10.0El apartamento es muy agradable y cómodo, con la excelente atención del anfitrión y la facilidad de aparcamiento en las inmediaciones, lo que hace la estancia muy placentera.
− El alojamiento es muy fresco, aunque sugeriría considerar la instalación de un aire acondicionado de pared, ya que el portátil resulta algo ruidoso por la noche y dificulta dejarlo encendido para descansar con tranquilidad.

9.0El trato con el personal y lo limpio que estaba buena ubicación barrio muy tranquilo y todo lo céntrico de Madrid ,plaza mayor el retiro Bernabéu etc a 25 minutos de el piso
− Para mi gusto un balcón para fumar ya que soy fumador pero no había problema ya que era una planta baja y habría la puerta y estaba en la calle para fumar, por lo demás todo genial es más me hacían un favor saliendo fuera a fumar
