9.0location is excellent. 30 metars from Gran Via. If you plan to walk around centar of Madrid, this is a perfect place to stay comparing price with location. Apartment is indeed very small, but has everything what you need. Kitchen, bathroom, tv, AC

The entrance time to the apartment is from 15:00hr to 20:00hr, after that you must pay a cash surcharge of €10 upon arrival from 20:00hr to 22:00hr, from 22:00hr to 23:00hr you must pay a cash surcharge €20, and after 23:00hr you must pay a cash surcharge €40.
