Very disappointing experience

Electronic key used, but it often required 3-4 attempts for it to work. The only good things about this apartment is its location (really central in a lively neighbourhood) and the WiFi (300 Mbps DL / 100 Mbps UL).

− All the rest was very disappointing. - Communication was awful. I tried clarifying that a cot would be available for my 9 month old son and a couple of other questions I had. I wrote 3 messages via booking messaging, they never replied. I used the email they mention at booking, it is a fake email (was not delivered). I was actually worried it was a scam and started looking for alternatives, when they finally reached out via whatsApp 6 days before my stay. -False claim on baby cot: At the point, and since I could no longer cancel my reservation, they informed me that they do not provide a cot for our son despite they clearly claim that one is available upon request. Which meant that we had to adjust and I had to sleep on the couch (I paid almost 1000 Euro to sleep on a couch for 5 days) - Despite assurances that the kitchen is fully equipped and that we would be able to cook our son's meals in the pot, the genius hosts provide a 1960's pot for the induction stove of the apartment, which obviously does not work (see pic)! - Perhaps the worst part was the cleanliness, which was very bad. The carpet is super dirty with traces (hair, fabrics) of the previous guests. The vent outlet is full of dust (unhygienic) and overall the apartment was not clean at all (see pics). - The sink was also clogged (see pic) and when I informed them, they never even responded to my message. they couldn't care less. their next communication was a message to make sure that we left by check out time. Bottom line, as soon as your payment goes through, they don't care about anything else. -Also the apartment is very very small. They must have used a very talented photographer for the pics. The baby stroller could barely fit. no room to move in there. Personal suggestion: avoid at all costs!

La ubicación es muy buena. Pudimos ir caminado a todos lados.

− No tiene microondas ni horno. Tuvimos dificultad para entrar, nos ayudó un vecino, porque nadie del apartamento nos resolvió en el momento.
