2.0Quite nice apartment with space, big bedroom and two bathrooms. Good location.
− On the first night of our stay, we had to leave the apartment at 10 pm to find another place to stay, as there were serious problems with electricity (later I heard that one wire had been damaged), and we did not have any power (lights, heating etc). I had to make a lot of effort to get refund, but they refunded only half the payment. The person in charge for operations was nice and understanding, however, in my opinion, as we could not stay in the apartment, they should have refunded the whole payment.

Not great.
1.0Good location. Easy to access.
− Almost everything else. There is no washing machine, despite it originally being listed. The chairs at the table were mildewy and made the room smell that way. A pipe burst while I was there. It took over 1 hour for someone to pick up the phone and respond since it was before 7 am. I asked for a partial refund since the water had to be shut off. They only agreed if I would provide my full bank account. I offered a paypal, credit card, and also a local pick up. They refused that as well. I contacted Booking.com, who said they contacted them and they ignored the outreach.
