We are really enjoy Pablo’s place and recommend it highly. Pablo is very friendly and helpful. He gives a lot of info material for sightseeing. The room was comfortable and clean. We could use the whole apparment and kitchen.

Pablo is a great host and flat is fitted out with latest technology and taste.

The decor,security and comfort of flat .Pablo is a genuine host who tries his hardest to make your stay as easy as possible.

− The bedroom door squeaked but Pablo straight away noticed and sorted it out.

We wish we could have stayed longer.

The room and the apartment were awesome: design, location, comfort. We were also lucky to have the whole apartment for ourselves.

− One minimal downside: you might hear the elevator when it is used.

Unexpectedly, we had the flat to ourselves. We had come from a very full-on immersion English volunteering project in the countryside, so this was a valued base for both unwinding and seeing a little bit of Madrid over a fairly short weekend. We had 'all mod cons' - everything we needed and we appreciated space, including the attractive, large balcony, and being easily able to prepare some food for ourselves, with food stores on the streets below. It was a spotlessly clean, bright and cheery, modern flat. The house-type building the flat is in has a smart interior and feels extremely safe (- there's also CCTV intercom). It was also very quiet while we were there. We had been confused originally by reference in the description to 'single bed' but for two persons. Fortunately, our assumption that this would be one bed only but a double bed was correct and it's a comfortable mattress. Having some drinks in the mini-fridge was a nice touch. The spiral-bound guests' guide prepared by the host contained essential and useful information for one's stay in the flat but also tips and highlights for getting around, sight-seeing and eating in Madrid. Pablo, the host, in his correspondence/messaging with us was polite and helpful to a fault.

− We had to go a little over our proposed budget for this short stay but Madrid seemed very full that weekend and we were pleasantly surprised by the relative centrality of the apartment and the freedom it afforded us. There appeared to be a camera in the general living/dining area and we were surprised by this as it seemed in contravention of Booking.com's rules around such matters..(??) Not that we we had anything to fear or hide - we were not 'up to no good'! - but we would raise the query.

Great stay near the heart of Madrid's movida

Great location, very clear instructions upfront. The flat is really beautiful, there's a wonderful balcony and a spacious kitchen and living room. Pablo (the host) is very friendly and a pleasant company.
