Se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila de la ciudad, cerca de todo! Lo recomiendo al 100%, próximamente volveré a Madrid. Ojalá encuentre lugar ahí mismo

− Far from the city center. It takes at least 30 minutes to get there.
Near Bernaneu but very small apartment.Host doesn't speak English
5.0The location was good, near a metro station and in a quiet neighborhood.
− The accommodation is basically one room, with a bed that was folded in the closet. There was literally nowhere to unpack your luggage, the room is VERY small. The host didn't even try to communicate in English with us.

In Spain, if you own a place for tourists to stay, you have to keep a record of who stays there. It’s a rule that’s not widely known. This record needs to be shared with the authorities, like the Civil Guard, to ensure public safety.
