La ubicación, además era igual que en las fotos todo perfecto. Tengo que resaltar el trato de la dueña que estaba pendiente ante cualquier consulta.

La ubicación , está en planta baja que es una ventaja , es muy cómodo . En cada consulta nos respondieron a tiempo y nos permitieron extender una hora el check out . Super !

− A pesar de tener 2 aparatos de aire acondicionado , no permiten su uso ya que al preguntar por los controles me responden que había solo ventilador de techo para su uso . Está bien equipado pero le faltaría algo de artículos de limpieza ( ej bolsas de residuos ) o algún artículo para lavar ropa , aunque sea aplicando un cobro extra.

Perfect location, only 200 m from Gran Via, appartment has everything you need even if you stay with the familly, many caffes, restorants, shops, groceries , safe neighbourhood even after midnight, kind host

− Although spacious appartment, living room sofa is not suitable for sleeping not even for 1 and not to mention for 2 persons , there is only small pation in the middle of the building and appartment is on the ground floor so it is like you are in the basement, you hear every tenant entering the buding since the doors are just next to the entrance in the building

I had a very good experience with this property. The location is very convenient, very close to city center and many restaurants and stores. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Additionally, the staff was incredible responsive and kind. I had an issue with the train and arrived very late after midnight and they managed to support with the check in and even answered my calls after midnight to explain all the process. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Madrid

− Overall everything was great. Only a small detail is that the shower could me improved is not comfortable to take a shower with the current setup

Zum eins, war die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss (perfekt für Leute mit begrenzter Mobilität) und die Lage hervorragend. Zum zwei, war die Ausstattung überdurchschnittlich gut, sogar mit (löslichem) Kaffee und Pasta für die Gästen.

− Obwohl wir in Mai besucht haben, war die Wohnung eher kalt. Fenster gab es nur in Richtung Innenhof, die einzige Quelle von Tageslicht. Die Beleuchtung war mit weißen LED Lampen und hat den kalten Gefühl nur verstärkt.
