10.0e apartment was clean, modern and spacious. Good location with easy access to transport and shops. Comfortable stay and had everything we needed.

− The property has a lot to work on, the pictures look better than reality, the mediocre condition of this place, it doesn’t offer coffee, it has two bedrooms with two beds but only one blanket on each bedroom instead of two, the share bathroom shower door doesn’t close properly and if you don’t find the way to close it all the way it gets water all over outside the shower, the shower drain holds the water, the private bathroom in the main room is very tight and has mold and the condition of the title if very bad, the washer is very smelly to the point that even after running a empty cycle to get rid of the moldy smell the small batch of clothes I did came of smelly with a very strong mold odor, the tv remote didn’t work I have to buy AAA batteries for it to function. This place is ask too much for the poor condition and quality of the place, the stairs going up the second floor are stingy, and very narrow, only one person with a small luggage can stand up in front of the door because is so tight.

7.0Lage ist gut. 2 Metrostationen in der Nähe. Ordentliche, recht saubere Wohngegend.. Einfacher appgesteuerter Wohnungszugang. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis i.O.
− Wir vermissten Haken und Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad (vor allem in dem sehr kleinen) und in den Zimmern. Keine Garderobe trotz ausreichend Platz.
