דירה טובה בצמברי, יכלה להיות טובה מאד.
7.0דירה חדשה, נוחה מבחינת חלוקה וגודל חדרים. מטבח חדיש ומאובזר היטב. אמבטיה חדשה. יש מכונת כביסה ומדיח. מיזוג בחדרים. מיקום נהדר - חמש דקות מתחנת מטרו, שכונה נעימה ושקטה, סופר מרקט קרובים, בר צמוד. הדירה בקומת קרקע - יש רעשי רחוב, אנחנו אהבנו.
− מנוהל על ידי חברה, שאמנם משתדלת אבל במקרה שלנו הגיבו לאט. כשהגענו ראינו שטלביזיה לא עובדת והשאירו לנו שק מגבות בחדר. לקח 3 ימים עד שהגיעו לסדר. אז גם סידרו את המזגנים. באמבטיה יש מדי פעם ריח לא נעים. דברים קטנים שהעיבו קצת על השהייה. חבל.

8.0Het appartement is compleet en goed uitgerust. De schoonmaak was 100%.
− De bedden in de tweede gastenkamer zijn te klein voor iemand van 1m88. Een bed moet minimaal 2m zijn. Het was niet meteen duidelijk dat de woonkamer op straatniveau ligt maar het geluid was aanvaardbaar.
