Me encanto tener lo básico , café,aceite,sal,papel, jabón, limpieza cocina…etc

− Le falta un poco de mantenimiento , soy consciente de la antigüedad del edificio. Pero no es crítica, solo porque lo preguntas, sino no lo diría.

Comfortable stay, great value for your money, helpful staff, nice location. I would recommend

The apartment was really big, 3 bedroom, two bathrooms, it was a comfortable stay for 4 adults and 2 kids. The location is great, even though not central, Padua metro station is less than 5 minute walk, there was also a bus stop right outside to take you to La Rambla or Barceloneta beach, would take about 30 mins, there are also a few supermarkets and little bakeries nearby, a lovely cafe next door. The place was quite clean and fairly new, some wear and tear but no big issues. The staff communication was excellent and they were very helpful, checking-in using virtual front desk was straightforward, also instructions about using the property were clear.

− We enjoyed our stay overall and I think this property is great value for your money but I have a few points to note. For example, to get inside the building there wasn’t a physical key to use or code, we had to use a link through virtual front desk to get inside the property, sometimes it didn’t work straightaway and would be an issue if you didn’t have your phone or signal, same thing for the actual apartment but there you could either use link or a code on the pad. We couldn’t open windows for safety reasons having two kids with us and the apartment being on 3rd floor, there weren’t any safety latches, however, air conditioning was working fine, so it was ok, was quite noisy outside anyway. Pillows were really stiff, not comfortable but I managed by using a cushion from the living room. Also, it would have been nice to have some washing powder for the washing machine for one or two washes and instructions on where to take rubbish outside. Soundproofing was not the best, we could hear somebody from the above apartment running, but I suppose this has something to do with the actual building structure and walls being thin or something.

Locatia este foarte bine amplasata aproape de metrou si locuinta are un vibe vintage

− nu este renovat apartamentul, geamul din dormitorul cu patul de o persoana nu se inchidea , un dalap de la baie era rupt iar in apartament a fost frig, am incercat sa pornim caloriferele dar nu au mers iar aerele conditionate nu prea au incalzit locuinta

היה מהמם אבל אפשר לשנות את אפשרות הכניסה לבנין

מקום גדול מהצפוי למרות שחשבנו שנקבל משהו אחר עדין היה ואוו

− היה קצת בעיה עם התקשורת עם הצ׳אט של המקום ולגבי הכניסה לבנין זה כל פעם להכנס לקישור כדי לפתוח
