− L'emplacement est excellent et la climatisation est très efficace. Malheureusement, le reste des prestations est très décevant. Les lits sont de mauvaise qualité et peu confortables. Les finitions du logement laissent à désirer : papier peint arraché, contours de fenêtres sans baguette dessu des wc , joints en silicone grossiers et mal réalisés, ainsi que des traces d'humidité. À notre arrivée, l'adresse communiquée était erronée, ce qui nous a obligés à traverser la rue avec toutes nos valises pour trouver le bon logement. Apparemment pour raison de sécurité !! Problème d'entrée a distance lors de notre séjour La porte d'entrée est équipée d'une serrure électronique. En cas de panne de batterie, aucune solution de secours n'est prévue pour accéder au logement. La porte d'entrée du batiement claque très violemment à chaque ouverture et fermeture, ce qui génère un bruit important et dérange l'ensemble du bâtiment. Enfin, l'isolation phonique est très insuffisante. Les bruits extérieurs et ceux des parties communes sont très présents, et des travaux ont commencé tôt le matin, rendant le repos impossible. En résumé, seul l'emplacement et la climatisation sont à la hauteur. Pour le reste, le logement est très en dessous de nos attentes.

10.0The location was perfect, right in the city center, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and boutiques within walking distance. There was also a convenience store right next to the entrance, which was very handy whenever we needed to buy something quickly. We were traveling with two children, and the apartment was spacious and comfortable for our family. It was also very clean, which is very important to me. The metro station was just a short walk away, making it easy to get anywhere in Madrid. There was also a luggage storage facility only one minute away, which was incredibly convenient before check-in and after check-out. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. They answered all our questions quickly, and both check-in and check-out were simple and hassle-free.
− I honestly can’t think of anything negative to mention. I’ve stayed in four different apartments in Madrid, and this one was definitely the best. I have already saved it for future trips and would give it a well-deserved 10/10
