The boy who greeted us was smiling and nice. The location of the apartment is close to the center, within walking distance.

− The apartment is located within walking distance to the center, but the area is so dirty and full of people that we were really afraid of them. We didn't even think about using the metro because of the people hanging around the entrance.

− Purtroppo mi hanno sottratto degli effetti personali,ma nn essendoci segni di scasso tutti si sono lavati le mani. La proprietà è la prima che dovrebbe venire in contro invece ha addirittura messo in dubbio l accaduto. L appartamento ottimo,buona posizione,ma lo sconsiglio per nn essere assolutamente sicuro.

Super Lage, die Wohnung war ausreichend groß und hat unseren Erwartungen erfüllt. Sie war gut ausgestattet, hat alles gehabt was man für 1 Woche Aufenthalt benötigt.

− Hätte etwas sauberer sein können.

Great host and location - definitely worth it

The location was great because it’s super walkable and close to the metro. Two separate sleeping areas and a washer was available. No dryer but it was sunny and the terraza was very nice to dry clothes. Had a full kitchen and a good size refrigerator. The apartment has a lift so that is a big plus. There’s a Lidl and many fruit stores and a panadería very close. There’s are lots of foods choices close by. It only cost 28 euros to the airport by taxi.

− The couch was small and not very comfy but the terraza made up for it and it was great weather to sit out there. We ate on the terraza as well because it was more comfortable. To be honest for the price and location and having all the space I have no complaints that are huge.

Emplacement parfait, très bonne distance à pieds de tous les points d’intérêt et du centre de Madrid. Petite terrasse très agréable.

− Gros besoin d'entretien et d’équipement : store cassé sur le velux de la chambre du haut (apparait dans les commentaires depuis plusieurs mois...) - un fauteuil de la terrasse cassé - 9 balconières de plantes mortes sur la terrasse (sale) - hauteur des chaises non adaptées à la table haute à l'intérieur (aussi mentionné dans commentaires précédents) - uniquement une cafetière Italienne (métal) - 2 verres à pied + un petit pour quatre personnes etc...
