Ogólnie za tą cenę całkiem ok, ale kilka rzeczy do poprawy jak świeży zapach ręczników i zapach w mieszkaniu.

− Kontakt z właścicielem pod wskazanym numerem telefonu nie możliwy, nikt nie odbierał a chcieliśmy zapytać czy możemy zostawić bagaże ponieważ przyjechaliśmy wcześnie. Weź to pod uwagę bo będziesz musiał chodzić z bagażami do 16h. Poza tym prosiłam o fv i nadal brak odzewu od właścicieli. Zapach chloru po wejściu do mieszkania nie do wytrzymania! Musieliśmy wietrzyć parę godzin, aby się go pozbyć. Ręczniki śmierdziały stęchlizną, naprawdę wręcz obrzydliwie bylo sie nimi wycierać. I tylko 1 ręcznik na osobę. Lokalizacja daleko do centrum ale z tym się liczyliśmy.

Two- bedroom or one - bedroom apartment ?

The comfortable beds and a balcony.

− I booked and paid for a two- bedroom apartment but in fact it was a one bedroom apartment because we could use only one. The other one was locked. Why ? At the beginning one of us wanted to sleep on the sofa but it was very uncomfortable. Very far from the centre. No lift ( second floor).

Séjour agréable dans un petit cocon lumineux !

Petit appartement très lumineux et agréable. On s'y sent bien et il est situé dans un quartier calme et sécuritaire de Madrid. Nous étions deux et c'était juste parfait. L'appartement est également équipé avec juste le nécessaire :) pour rendre le séjour agréable. Et les lits etaient tres confortables et douillets! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente!

− Les chaises pliantes pour manger sont plus ou moins confortables même si pratiques au niveau de l'espace. Et il aurait été bien d'avoir quelques accessoires utiles de plus en cuisine notamment une passoire, un ouvre-boite et une bouilloire... finalement, l'arrivée au logement a été un peu compliqué déjà pour trouver la bonne porte, car la rue Arzua est un labyrinthe (!) et parce qu'il faut absolument pouvoir téléphoner avec votre téléphone lorsque vous êtes devant l'entrée sinon pas possible de récupérer les clés (nous avions seulement internet donc avons dû demander l'aide d'un gentil monsieur dans une boutique). Sinon, tout est très bien !

Extremely disappointed due to poor maintenance, terrible drainage, and unresponsive owner.

The apartment is in a very good location. The area is quiet, open, and peaceful, making it easy to relax. The supermarket is very close by, which was convenient for shopping. Even at night, the area feels safe, and you can walk around without fear.

− Unfortunately, the apartment was not properly maintained. There were ants everywhere – in the sitting room, toilet, kitchen, and bedrooms. The biggest issue was the drainage system. My family and I couldn’t take our bath or even brush our teeth properly because once the tap or shower was turned on, water started gushing out from the drainage and flowing into the sitting room. My partner had to mop the floor each time anyone tried to use water. Another terrible experience was dealing with the property owner. He rarely picked up calls, even after several attempts and follow-up messages. He promised to refund half of the payment but never did. Instead, he sent us two fake transfer receipts. Upon the videos and pictures recorded, which I sent to him (and still have on my phone till now), he still refused to take responsibility or respond properly. Till today, he does not pick up calls, even though it’s clear he reads the WhatsApp messages. It was a very bad experience for me and my family. If I am to book an apartment again, I would not choose Luminoso Apartment. Sadly, I cannot recommend it.
