L'appartamento era comodamente raggiungibile con tutti i mezzi, ma volendo anche a piedi. Il ragazzo che ci ha consegnato le chiavi si è presentato di persona e ci ha introdotte. Si è verificato un piccolo problema con il frigo che comunque è stato prontamente risolto dal gestore della struttura

− Una delle due camere matrimoniali è leggermente piccolina ma comunque confortevole.

La ubicación era buena y el apartamento estaba reformado.

− No hay calefacción, solo bomba de calor que funcionaba regular. Fuimos en marzo y no hacía mucho frío pero en invierno la experiencia habría sido muy distinta.

Excellent location, we visited all attractive locations on foot. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, we would definitely come back again.

Близо до центъра, въпреки че кварталът е най-мръсния и гаден от цяла Барселона.

− След резервация получаваш съобщение, че ще дължиш 15,20 или 50 евро при закъснение с настаняването. Почти всичко е зле вътре в апартамента. Душ, не работи както трябва. Един ако се изкъпе, за втория няма вода. Старо, мръсно! Учудвам се кой е поставил висока оценка!!!

1. Location - for the fact that the metro station was few steps away and many small shops around. Not too far away from the city center, if you prefer to walk (15-20 min) 2. Price - if you are willing to compromise your expectations

− 1. Location - please note, you need to pass El Raval to get to the apartment (if coming from the city center), which is the most unpleasant, unsafe location in Barcelona, full of drugs and people to avoid. 2. StayUnique will ask you for scans of your passports before checking you in. You have to register with the external link they provide. This felt extremely uncomfortable/unsafe to us. They meant it is the Spanish law, which is not true - according to the legislation, you only have to provide your passport no., but no scans are mandatory. Only because Booking Team helped us a lot, when we pushed back few times, we managed to register without scans - thank you Booking! The StayUnique team never replied to our messages. 3. The apartments is extremely neglected, which made the stay unpleasant. All looks a way different than the pictures - walls were stained, furniture was stained and damaged too, even the plastic tablecloth looked like not cleaned up after the last meal. Also, no kettle provided, so we ended up boiling water in a pot. We never expected a 5* standard for that price, but a bit TLC to the apartment would help a lot. 4. The host girl, who welcomed us with the keys, also only replied very selectively. On day 2 we got a text message, that someone will call in to the apartment to fix the kitchen lamp (working well) and internet/WiFi (also working well). We said we do not wish to people come in, while we are not in the apartment. She never replied to it anymore, so at the end we were not sure, if someone came in while we were away or not. This felt very unsafe, especially all our belongings and passports were in the apartment. 5. The neighbours were very loud, there were party's going on, which made it impossible to sleep at night, as the apartments are not soundproof at all. 6. After checking out, a message from StayUnique arrived: If there was any detail that didn't meet your expectations, we'd love for you to tell us...
