7.0The location, the facility
− The communication with the staff was not easy and it took 4 long hours to get the key and to acces the appartement because of the local tax payment that was not included in the total amount previously paid. This was so far the worst moment of our stay !!!

− Read the checkin section carefully - extra charge for in person checkin. We requested free checkin by collecting keys from locker which was 5-10mins walk from accomodation.

8.0Sehr gute und zentrale Lage, 5 Min zur nächsten Metro Station, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar.
− Das Bad benötigt wirklich ein Update...es ist zwar sauber und alles tut, aber Duschvorhang, Decke und Wände haben schon bessere Zeiten erlebt...

− Hay aspectos importantes que no se indican claramente en el anuncio y que deberían tenerse en cuenta antes de reservar. El alojamiento está en un tercer piso sin ascensor, la escalera es muy antigua y resulta bastante incómoda e incluso peligrosa, especialmente si llevas maletas o tienes problemas de movilidad. Además, cobran una tarifa de check-in (en nuestro caso 30€) que varía en función del día de la semana y la franja horaria de llegada. Esta información nos fue comunicada por WhatApp un par de días antes de la llegada, no en el momento de la reserva, lo que resulta poco transparente.

− se niegan ha hacerte la factura y te cobran impuestos muy por encima de lo establecido. 0.99 ctimos por pesona y dia te cobran mas de 12€ por persona y dia

− the sofa and chairs were dirty / stained. disgusting. bathtub is super old and full of cracks. but bed was comfortable and clean
