Not worth of the pay apartment
5.0Location was good. We were upgraded to a bigger apartment,and that was nice. Apartment is in the need of renovation. Looks run down and not very well maintained. Space is there and that’s good,but doesn’t feel very comfortable,because of being run down.
− There were 6 of us and we were given each one large towel and one small towel for 4 days stay. When I asked them to give us clean towels,they were going to charge us $8.50 per towel. We thought that was very pricey,since the place was very expensive to begin with.
Best location in Barcelona!
9.0Over all the location!! It’s walking distance from most places of interest in Barcelona: the cathedral, casa Mila and Batllo, Paseo de Gracia, Las Ramblas, Museo de Picasso and more. There are so many tapa places and nice restaurants nearby. Bus stop and metro station steps away. There’s shopping and market places close by. Even if it’s located on a busy street you don’t hear any noise inside the apartment.
− The property needs a little detail fixing, like a cracked bathtub door, some things in the bathroom are missing like the toilet paper holder…. But that did not affect our stay and the good time we had there!!

Excellent location enabled us to achieve every thing we wished to do on our holiday.
9.0Location is perfect, very central and near; attractions, buses, metro, taxi, and restaurants. The location made sight seeing very easy. The local restaurants were very good. We could walk to many attractions, and the metro was very quick and easy to use for venues further away.
− Please note - the hot water switches are in the hallway beside the bathroom light switches. Once we located them we had plenty of hot water during our stay. No problem.
