− 荷物が重いうえにエレベーターなしでお部屋が5階だったため大変困りました。

9.0Great price and very central location make it really a top place to stay in Tokyo.
− The only thing which bothered me was the lack of instruction in english on how to turn on the hot water in the shower. I managed to find the key pad to activate it with my Japanese language ability but people who do not know Japanese will struggle.

5.0綺麗、おしゃれ
− 地下のリビングでWi-Fiが繋がらず、ネットを繋ぐ時はわざわざ上の階まで行かなくてはならなかった。 玄関の鍵が開かず、30分以上玄関前で立たされていた。
