Location and size

− Property not well maintained: - The small bathroom toilet was broken and would not flush. - The small shower was way too small for a normal person. Basically useless. - Bathroom doors handles not functional. - Doors scuffed and dirty - Walls stained - What we booked was not this apartment judging from the website pictures - One of the mattresses was not good - the lights and in general light fixtures were terrible. Not enough light. - pictures on website are deceiving. Not representing the reality. - no trash bags provided.

A very spacious apartment which was roughly a 10-15 minute walk to Plaza Catalunya. Fantastic washing/drying room off one of the bedrooms which was such a bonus especially travelling with a family. Great bedrooms with comfortable beds which were spaced out through the apartment. Communication before arrival was easy and efficient and our "host" sent through links with things to do around Barca which was great.

− The apartment looked clean upon arrival, but it could benefit from a deeper clean, especially around the door handles and skirting boards, which had dirt/dust buildup. Be sure to arrive during "office hours," as there is a fee for late check-ins, and it increases if you arrive after midnight. The lounge could use a larger sofa to accommodate more guests comfortably. While the front bedroom was a bit noisy due to rubbish trucks, this is to be expected in Barcelona.

Tesisin konumu güzeldi bir çok merkezi ve turistik noktaya yürüyerek ulaşım mümkün market, restaurant v.s ihtiyaçlar çok yakın

− Temizlik yetersiz, ev yeterince bakımlı değil , eskimiş ve yenilenmesi gereken eşyalar var ve ses yalıtımı yok ayrıca tesiste bizi karşılayarak anahtarı teslim edecek kişi ; günlerce uçak saatimizi pnr numaramızı sormasına ve son olarak ta havalimanında tarafımıza ulaşmasına ve uçaktan indiğimizi , valiz beklediğimizi, tesise taksiyle ulaşım sağlayacağımızı söylememize rağmen tesise 20 - 25 dk geç geldi elimizde valizlerimizle kapıda gelmesini bekledik , ev temizliğinde ve tadilatında gösterilecek küçük çabalar ve zamanında karşılama ile her şey daha iyi olabilir

A bit pricey, but overall a great option for a few days in Barcelona.

Good communication for check in. Marina was great in meeting us prior to the usual check in and allowed us to drop off bags. Great location, walking distance to most sights and La Rambla, and multiple metro stops close by.

− On check in, the property had not been cleaned from the previous booking. We were told it would not be ready until 4pm. It in fact was not ready until 1730. Fortunately, we had dropped off our bags early, so we could wander the area while we waited. Also, the 3 seat sofa is extremely uncomfortable for sitting on.

The apartment is very nicely kept and quite spacious. Location is ideal and very close to supermarkets, cafés and shops. Hosts are very kind and always available.

− Stairway to unit are a bit slippery... Elevator is quite small as are most in Europe.
