6.0Znakomita lokalizacja - 3 minuty do stacji metra (dwie linie w tym Oedo Line, której trasa to pętla w centralnej części Tokyo). Czysty pokój.
− Pierwsza istotna uwaga - wbrew nazwie to nie jest hotel tylko budynek z apartamentami na wynajem. W związku z tym nie ma recepcji, ani możliwości przechowania bagażu. Mikroskopijny pokój (znacznie mniejszy niż wynika to ze zdjęć; nie mam przekonania czy deklarowana powierzchnia była zgodna z rzeczywistością) - trudno się przecisnąć między łóżkami a ścianą oraz przejść na balkon. Stolik tylko na balkonie (jeżeli jest ciepło to ok; gdyby było zimno, to nie ma gdzie się napić herbaty)
