Too cramped for a family of 4.
7.0The location was okay, not too close to any stations but close to Senso-ji shrine. Restaurants and 7-11 store close by
− Too cramped room, not very clean, dust on few surfaces. Luckily they kept a vacuum cleaner so we could clean it a bit. Not enough place to open bags or wardrobe for clothes. Not very comfortable for a family of four. The only place to sit during day is the futon bed on which you also sleep at night. No toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush, razor etc provided like in the other hotels we stayed.

It is fine, but could be exceptional.
7.0The location was exceptional. Also the facilities that were there were great, but comfort was minimal. This is an ideal location for a couple of nights, not a long stay. There was a heater and electric blanket.
− No couch or anywhere to sit or rest, except for a lonely chair at a tiny desk. This was not comfortable for me. This place could be so, so cute and exceptional if minimal improvements were made, as suggested by previous guests. There is nowhere to sit and rest other than lay on the bed, which is not what I wanted to do having stayed there for 8 nights. A bedside table and bedside lamp would also be nice, to make it feel more homely rather than just 'a mattress on the ground'.
