We had a lovely time here overall. The place had its quirks but nothing that made the stay uncomfortable or was unsolvab
9.0Clean apartment, air-con worked well so we didn’t suffocate during summer in Madrid. We really liked the shower because it was tall and had decent amount of space in it. The kitchen was well equipped with a toaster and coffee maker(oven also worked well). The dishwasher was easy to use and we LOVED the big smart-TV they have. We had good enough cleaning supplies for our entire stay and they left us a couple more bedsheets and towels.
− Getting in was a bit of a hassle as the code wasn’t working properly but we called the number provided and it was a very fast exchange. After getting our keys we didn’t have this problem again. The toilet paper holder was constantly coming off of the wall as it was only secured by a sticker, it was a bit annoying but could be worse hahah. The place heats up quite a bit during the day and feels humid inside. Another negative is that it’s advertised with a balcony but there’s nothing there really.

− Los sartenes sucios, no funcionaba el wifi, al entrar nos quedanis una hora fuera tirados con un menor primero porque no escontramos el lugar (nuestra culpa) y segundo porque el lector de clave no leia el código, eras las 2 de la madrugada, intentamos ponernos en contacto para solucionarlo pero era tarde, aunque ni al dia siguiente contestó
