Good Location, but if you are Tall, think twice.

− It's really an Attic and I was unable to stand tall as my head would bump into the Ceiling and the long Beams going across, and the place was Hot as there is only 1 A/C. There were no Fans as well.

8.0Posizione centrale, con supermercati bar e fast food nelle vicinanze. Appartamento servito di tutto, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per una grande capitale. Palazzo ben tenuto con ascensore.
− Letti e cuscini non proprio comodi, appartamento con mansardato, quindi occorre fare attenzione alle parti più basse.

− Solo por decir algo que no informan que es una Buhardilla, para nosotros no era un problema que te tuvieses que agachar, además que lo leímos en los otros comentarios, pero creo que lo ideal es que se informase por un tema de transparencia.

Hermoso Ático en pleno Madrid
9.0Un dpto pequeño pero acogedor, justo para una familia con niños pequeños. Seguro y muy bien ubicado, cerca de la plaza mayor y el mercado San Miguel.... Caminando a pocas cuadras del museo del prado, parque del retiro y la estación de Atocha...con súpermercados por todos lados y paradas de bus y de metro super cerca. Lo único que no funcionaba la TV y que no era Smart TV, que siendo un punto tan turístico internacional, recibe gente de muchísimas nacionalidades... Y limitar la tv solo a canales locales, es poco inteligente. Cambiándole el tele sería excelente...

4.0solo la posizione, ottima
− la casa aveva un altezza decisamente non abitabile, da un minimo di un metro circa ad un massimo di 2,20 metri circa, una mansarda in cui si poteva camminare dritti solo lungo un lato, il bagno era piccolissimo, noi tornavamo solo a dormire e nel complesso per tre giorni abbiamo accettato le condizioni ma per più giorni o per più ore al giorno sarebbe stato difficile soggiornare. buono il wifi
