7.0The apartment is very centrally located and has plenty of space.
− Need to be cleaned more thoroughly. Under the beds and chairs, there is a lot of dust and lint, which has not been cleaned. The kettle also needs to be descaled. The toilet doesn't flush properly. After using it, you have to pour a bucket of water into the toilet to make everything flush away.

6.0El departamento es muy lindo y cómodo, amplio, bien equipado. La ubicación no es la mejor pero está bien.
− Muy ruidoso, toda la noche con distintos ruidos, desde los camiones de recolección de basura varias veces por la noche y el vecino del piso superior desde las 6am hasta las 7am no deja de hacer ruidos molestos. No está enterado que está en un departamento con vecinos debajo. Muy molesto.
