A comfortable stay and worth the price
8.0It’s conveniently located near stations and konbinis. Not a crowded area, which I preferred. It’s also near Yamato if you need to send luggage.
− I wish there was a bidet in the toilet/bathroom, but otherwise the room was fine.
Not happy at all. Would never stay here again.

− Room has a very strong smell of paint. We never had hot water. My husband and daughter took a shower in ice cold water. I sent a message asking for someone to please come by because we wanted to bathe and they never did. Absolutely awful customer service and the entrance is a construction site with paint, rods, and buckets.

− SoftBankのメールアドレスを登録していたところ、booking.com経由のメールがアルファベット以外文字化けしていた。電話やメールで連絡したが、電話は繋がらず、追加のメールも文字化けしていたので困った。宿泊日当日に電話の折り返しがあったので内容の確認ができたが、直前に確認していたら泊まれなかったかもしれないと思った。
中学生と小学生の子供も楽しんで過ごせました
10.0メールでの対応にタイムラグが不安でしたが、反応が早くてスムーズな対応で、安心感がありました。
− テレビのリモコンの電池が切れてました。テレビも自分のアカウントでログインするのが少し面倒でした。
