8.0The beds, pillows, and blankets were comfortable. I also liked that the washing machine worked well. You just have to do several small loads, but the machine did a good job washing and drying our clothes. The location was a short, simple walk to the Yamanote line. The staff were very responsive whenever I reached out.
Location is really good. The host provided good service and instructions to us. Strongly recommended
