Great location and modern apartment
7.0Clean modern and great location. Near Bilbao metro and plenty of decent restaurants on your doorstep. The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs. Apartment is on the fourth floor and there is a lift. Easy to dispose of litter at ground level
− It seems someone was smoking near the air conditioning intake and it resulted in a strong odour in the apartment on our first day, we had to go without AC to avoid the smell. Not the owners fault and he did do an Ozone clean to dispel this when we had left for the morning. There are dials for this Ozone system on the wall and you just need to be careful not to mistake it as a dimmer switch for the lights as this can be unpleasant if left running when you are present.

− Nous avons eu du mal à récupérer l'adresse, heureusement que l'hôte était très réactif. Système d'ouverture par application mobile peu pratique. Forte odeur de cigarette dans l'appartement.

7.0Flat is modern and looks just like the pictures
− The layout is not ideal to spread out due to steep stairs to access the bedroom and bathroom, so I didn’t use all the space as much and kept luggage downstairs in the living room.

10.0The location is perfect, in the lively neighborhood Malasaña, right next to Bilbao metro station which has great connections. The building is incredibly safe and the access is limited only to those who stay there. The apartment has everything you need for a short or even longer stay - washing machine, machine for dishes, iron and board, plenty of kitchen amenities for cooking. There is plenty of space, enough for 5-6 people. The host is available at all times. I would recommend this stay for everyone who is looking for accommodation is the Madrid city center!
