La amplitud del apartamento, la limpieza y los servicios. Las instrucciones para hacer el check in y que estuvieran atentos de nuestra llegada en todo momento. L a flexibilidad para hacer check in anticipado

− Las toallas de baño, nos resultaron de tamaño pequeño y solo había una (la de baño) para cada huésped. Esperabamos dos por cada huésped como suele ser el estándar en todos los alojamientos (una de baño grande y otra de lavado más pequeña)

We had very good communication before and during our stay. It's not the closest location to the tourist sites, but the house is in a nice, quiet residential neighbourhood, which was lovely to experience, with a Family Mart a few minutes away. There is a useful bus route that starts just down the road, and Ueno Station is a 15min walk. There are decent curtains on the bedroom windows, but there are also shutters (which took us a couple of nights to spot) - they really helped with our jetlagged sleep. The house is well equipped, and the washing machine was very helpful when travelling light.

A beautiful house located in a cozy residential area of ​​Tokyo. A 16-minute walk to the subway, three grocery stores nearby. The house itself is very comfortable and spacious.

For the standard of Tokyo the house and the space inside was wonderful, usually everything is so narrow, not here. The house is new, quite elegant and very clean, with all the comforts and we really enjoyed our time. There’s everything to cook, gas stove, microwave, kettle, the 2 wc are modern and clean and shower with modern bathtube, so nice for relaxing after a day walking around. We were in 4 and it was perfect, I think until 6 people is nicely accessible

− The thing about having a single house is that the position it’s just a little far from the famous spots, but you cannot have an house like this in more central area, so it’s good. Also Ueno is really near, you can go by taxi, it took 1’300 yen, that in 4 people is the same if you take bus or train. There’s a bus station at 5 minutes going to Asakusa, and the Hibiya line at 800m, 15-20 minutes by walk, so so even if it is not so near to the main spots is really accessible
