床掃除をして欲しいです
7.0野方駅からとても近いところ。 部屋に入った時、クーラーが付いていて、快適な室温だったところ。
− 床が汚れていたところ。マットの下に細かいゴミや小さな虫の死骸があった。全体的に床の拭き掃除をした跡がなかった。掃除代として5000円を払っているのに、掃除が行き届いていなくて残念だった。 外国の方を主なターゲットとしているからか、自分のやり方が悪かったのか、案内文がずっと英文メールで来ていた。日本語で返信したら、次からは日本語で返して欲しかった。

9.0お風呂場が乾燥出来、洗濯が直ぐ乾くのは便利でした。
− 上の階のトイレやシャワー等の生活音が聞こえるのが 気になりました。テレビを見る為にメールアドレスを入力したくなかったので、見る事が出来なかったのも残念です。

− 清掃状態はホテル並みとは言えませんが、値段を考えると我慢できるレベルかと思います。

Long stay with a friend
10.0We loved the convenience of the location, with lots of transportation, shops, and eateries around that made it easy to plan our outings. The two-story layout of the apartment also made it easy to take breaks from each other, making it feel like we had lots of space to do our own things when we needed it.
− We had a few problems figuring out the aircon, drying room, and laundry, but they were nothing a little translated search couldn't handle.
