L"appartamento è in pieno centro e tutto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. È bello affacciarsi e vedere la vita di Madrid con i suoi locali, colori, suoni. La casa possiede tutti i comfort e ospita tranquillamente 4 persone. Dotata di stoviglie e tutto per cucinare.

− Lo stabile è piuttosto vecchio e le scale scomode e un po' sporche ma è il prezzo da pagare per stare in un palazzo storico centrale. Il bagno piccolo ma accessoriato.

Access to the apartment was provided by code, and the keys were left inside. Check-in went perfectly, except that the suitcases had to be carried up to the second floor, although that only had to be done once. The apartment is fully equipped, with a kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, and dryer. The beds were prepared exactly as we had requested. We were in constant contact with the support team, although no assistance was needed. The service was provided perfectly. The apartment is in a tourist area right in the center. It was noisy outside, but the shutters closed tightly, so it did not affect our sleep. The apartment also has air conditioning and two fans. I think the service was excellent, and we are very satisfied.

位置很好，在马约尔广场边上，离马徳里王宫也很近。楼下是步行街，白天热闹但晚上很安静。周边有大超市，购买食品方便。－卧室公寓，卧室里是两张单人床，客厅是双人沙发床。餐桌很大，厨房厨具餐具齐全，有洗碗机、烤面包机、微波炉等，房东还贴心准备了调味品（都在操作台左边的柜子里，没仔细检查，我住了3天，最后1天才发现）咖啡、茶包、厨房纸等，炉灶是电磁炉，做饭方便。最值得赞的是有烘干机，衣服洗完后直接烘干，非常方便。

− 卫生间洗手盆的下水不是特别流畅，建议检查后改进。
