− Der Manager der Unterkunft hat den Aufenthalt am gleichen Tag abgesagt. Wir waren also spontan gezwungen, uns um eine neue Möglichkeit zu kümmern. Es wurde eine neue Unterkunft angeboten. Dabei wurde versprochen, dass die gleiche Qualität oder sogar eine höhere Ausstattungsvariante zum identischen Preis verfügbar gemacht wird. Am Schluss hatten wir ein Ein-Zimmer-Studio mit schlechterer Ausstattung, was für 3 Leute nicht geeignet ist. Wir hatten ursprünglich eine Unterkunft mit 3 Betten und zwei Zimmern bestellt. Hier wurde nichts der Versprechung eingehalten, echt bedauerlich so hängengelassen zu werden. Wir haben mehrmals versucht mit dem Service zu sprechen, aber die Kommunikation war erstmal gar nicht richtig vorhanden und später dann mangelhaft, es wurde keine Lösung angeboten und eine Rückzahlung des Kaufpreises kam auch nicht zustande.

9.0La camera era dotata di tutto: Lavatrice, Cucina, Frigo, Microonde, Piano, Cottura, Bagno, Asciuga capelli, Stendino... Posizione in zona molto tranquilla vicino al parco, ma a solo 10 min di cammino dal centro di Shinjuku. Due metro importanti vicine e fermate dell'autobus a 1 min.
− Peccato che ci fosse un cantiere edile proprio attaccato alla stanza. Alla mattina sembrava che i martelli pneumatici fossero dentro casa. :(

− No elevator which was hard for luggage moving with older parents, which they did not warn us about

7.0离新宿西五目丁地铁站很近，但是！这个地铁站需要在新宿站内换乘走500多米😅 房间很干净，灶台洗衣机洗澡🚿泡澡浴室一应俱全！ 洗澡间有暖气/冷气可调节 周边便利店、药店、餐厅都很多，很方便！
− 没有有线电视😓 房间真的很小😅整间房间（包括厨房和厕所）也就26㎡左右，我们一家三口有个人要睡地铺（当然订房时确认过），房间很难同时打开三个行李箱🧳

10.0La salle de bain était superbe, avec de l'espace, la possibilité de nettoyer ses vêtements est un plus pour les voyages légers et la penderie pour ranger son matériel également. L'endroit est aussi très calme ce qui change des établissements à Shinjulu/Shibuya
− Pas de point négatif, il faut faire un peu de route mais rien de grave ou d'insurmontable.
