Overall was a lovely quiet place, modern and close to train station
7.0Property was in a great location, quiet and not far to walk to Ueno station.
− Not suited for families with younger children if booking as a family of 6, each room is accessible through a stairwell into each room above, teenagers would be fine. Facilities were great very modern cannot fault, also the stair case is also very vertical, and no elevator, goodluck carrying heavy suitcases !!

Great location but has lots of stairs
8.0Quiet location with a 5 min walk to a smaller subway line or 15 min ish walk to UENO station. The rooms are gorgeous and modern. Perfect for 4 adults. The only problem is the amount of (narrow) stairs. We stayed at the top, and inside the room there were two sets of stairs to reach to the bedrooms. If you have a problem with stairs and are unable to carry your heavy luggage into the rooms, then you’ll struggle.
− The bedrooms were super spacious and each had a tv but the living area was cramped. However they had extra mattresses, and my parents just slept there instead of going upstairs. We didn’t bother bringing the luggage upstairs but luckily we only had 2 + 1 carry on. If you have anyone it’ll be a tight squeeze
