8.0住宿位子不錯 住宅區晚上很安靜
− 枕頭跟床好像沒清洗乾淨 有味道
機能強大、交通便利，唯須注意隔音與安靜規範。
9.0地理位置極佳，距離地鐵站僅 3 分鐘步程且有兩條線路交會，交通相當便利，步行至雷門淺草寺也只需 15 分鐘左右。生活機能方面，3 分鐘內就能抵達永旺超市，5 分鐘路程還有 24 小時營業的免稅藥妝店，採買與飲食都非常方便。
− 樓下房客作息的關係，房東與房內皆設有警語，要求旅客在早上必須保持絕對安靜。住宿期間疑似曾發生過投訴問題，因此若隨行成員中有較活潑的孩童或習慣於早晨熱鬧互動的旅客，建議將此靜音要求列入優先考量。

Spacious and clean apartment, close to train and everything else in a short walking distance!
9.0Spacious apartment with close access to the train stations. I like that it is walking distance to the temple and markets. Well equipped with all that you need for a week stay.
− I hope there is an available cabinet for us to store our clothes rather than keeping it in our luggages as it occupies a lot of floor spaces especially for families with 5-6 luggages. If you can add coffee and tea also to be made available it would be too nice.
溫馨便利的小公寓。對家庭旅遊而言很方便，每天洗衣，能夠少帶很多行李。
