6.0Its a good location, but not the location we booked, it was changed via messages to a room with only two beds even though we booked three beds. The owner said it would be a lot of space, but travelling with two young western men, there isn't enough space in two beds. It's not the room on the photos, it's a completely different room that doesn't look like the photos. However, it's ok for being Tokyo, there is s bath, AC, fridge. There is schampo and conditioner. And a washing machine which is great
