Uncomfortable and unpleasant do not.. do not pay minuto stay there!!

Old outdated do not pay money to stay there. In yers of using booking successfully, these time it is just surprisingly unacceptable. Obviously I bought cleaning supplies to make the place less disgusting…just bad experience I am feeling robbed and cheated.

− The apartment needs attention is not in acceptable conditions, ask money to put people there? Last nights I just gave up and moved to a hotel Leonard …just unacceptable I informed booking about all the issues.

Apartament spațios, locație bună.

− Mașină de spălat ruginită, cada din baie ruginită, la wc curgea apa din el și mirosea urât, vopseaua de pe uși era sărită, paturile sunt foarte fragile și scârție. Livingul plin de cabluri. In concluzie totul este ffff vechi și trebuie schimbat, trebuie făcute investiții în apartament.

The location of the property was close to many things and it was reasonably quiet.

− We had trouble on arrival with being asked to pay for the key when we hadn't asked for a key drop off. Thankfully this was solved after not too much back and forth. Unfortunately the other issues we had with the property were not solved at all during our stay and we ended up leaving a night early because of this. The list of things wrong: Leaking air conditioning unit in the main bedroom (literally like a waterfall) Mould and dirt throughout the apartment Leaking toilet Toaster not working WiFi not working Broken couch Lightbulbs out throughout Air conditioning unit in the lounge leaking onto the downstairs neighbour's property who came to complain Lack of response for the majority of our stay from the property owner

Spacious and clean. Beds comfortable.

− A bit tricky to find. Didn’t supply enough bathroom basics for the short stay which is simply annoying.

Super séjour dans ce bel appartement, grand, bien placé avec ascenseur et balcon

Emplacement super en plein centre proche de tout. L’appartement est grand, possède un Balcon, ascenseur, machine à laver. Bel immeuble.

− Manque une essoreuse à salade, une des machine à café ne marche pas, baignoire tachée et rideau de douche un peu moisi en bas.

This apartment let our needs, but could use a few improvements.

This apartment was in a great location. It had several of the amenities we were looking for in an apartment. For example 2 bedrooms, washer/dryer, groceries nearby, and balconies. Overall we enjoyed our stay but a few small things brought our rating down.

− The shower curtain was moldy and the dryer stopped working 1/2 way through our trip. The manager never answered my text. They only gave us one roll of toilet paper for the week for 2 people. Also, we were not told the 30 euro fee to for the agent meeting us needed to be paid in cash until we arrived. We had to walk with her to an ATM.
