10.0Casa grande, con 3 camere da letto tutte con letto matrimoniale più un divano letto e 2 bagni. Salone grande. Ottima posizione,in soli 5 minuti a piedi c'era la Sagrada Familia e la stazione metro. Sotto casa ci sono diversi negozi alimentari e nei dintorni anche diversi negozietti,spa e locali. Sempre nelle vicinanze si trovano diverse fermate di bus.
− La casa seppur grande ed in ottima posizione,dovrebbe essere un po' restaurata o sistemata,ci sono segni di usura,l'acqua dai lavandini esce a fili. Segni nei muri. L'internet non funzionava. Forniti solo 4 rotoli di carta igienica per 4 persone e 5 notti. Presenza di formichine costante in cucina e bagno. Assenza di un aspirapolvere o scopa. Un fon non funzionava.
