Decepcionante e incómodo.
4.0La ubicación era estupenda, la cama muy cómoda y la cocina completa para cocinar sin problemas. Además nos dejaron cafecito para la máquina de café y eso se agradece. Dejaron toallas, gel de ducha y shampoo que no siempre se encuentra en este tipo de viviendas. Pablo, quien nos abrió la puerta, ha sido muy atento, siempre pendiente de mis mensajes, ha sido muy simpático y amable queriendo ayudarnos todos los dias.
− Hemos pasado muchísimo frío, las ventanas no aíslan absolutamente nada y además no cierran por completo. Te acercas y sientes el aire entrar entre las puertas. A pesar de contactar a la empresa y sus intentos de solucionarlo con mantas y un calentador diminuto... seguimos pasando mucho frio y abrigándonos tal cual salir a la calle. El a/a no funciona correctamente: a máxima potencia, 30°, encendido las 48hrs y no se sentía la mas mínima diferencia. El sofá es una roca, no llevéis a un tercero a dormir allí. La TV no funciona correctamente, el mando no va y no es cuestión de pilas. La TV hace destellos de repente y líneas de color como que está a punto de romperse 100%. No pudimos usarla. La ducha se tapa y el desagüe no va bien: Tienes que ser rápida en la ducha antes de que el agua desborde. Lo peor de todo es la gestión. A pesar de ser año nuevo y haber arruinado mi cena de noche vieja, de tener que llamarles una y otra vez y estar pendiente del movil para ver si solucionan algo de todo esto o me envían a otro sitio, lo único que hicieron fue enviarnos 2 mantas y 1 calentador del tamaño de mi mano.

6.0The location was perfect. The apartment was fully equipped. Metro, groceries and a nice square with bars just a couple of minutes away.
− This apartment is for only 2 people and we were a family of 3. There is no use of a sofa in the living room, it was extremely uncomfortable. No sound isolation, it feels like you are on the street which is very noisy all night. Immediately you understand why they left us earplugs.
