7.0주택가에 있기 때문에 조용해서 좋지만 전철까지 거리가 좀 있는데다 근처 편의점이 딱히 좋지 않음 더블베드라 친구와 편하게 휴식할 수 있었음. 집을 단독으로 사용하기 때문에 더욱 좋았는데 같은 가격의 호텔 대비 더욱 넓고 편안했음
− 세탁기가 관리가 안되서 먼지거름망이 넘쳐흐르고 있었음. 세제도 있었지만 사용하기 너무 찝찝했기 때문에 사용못하고 코인빨래방 이용함. 세탁을 하더라도 빨래건조대 역시 먼지 때문에 사용하려면 깨끗이 닦고 써야함.

− Estaba un poco sucio, olia mucho a cerrado/humedad, nos encontramos algun bicho. La zona no daba mucha confianza, era muy confuso de encontrar al principio en el check in y las llaves fueron dificiles de obtener debido a un estado un poco deteriorado de la taquilla

6.0駅からも10分程で住宅街で立地は良かった。女子二人旅で落ち着ける場所だったので。生活空間では清潔感において特に気になる点はなかった。
− 染み付いた部屋のタバコ臭や（洋服に匂いがうつるほど）、カーテンレールのホコリなど気になる箇所はあったが値段を考えたら妥当かなと。
