La ubicación ya que no quería centro de Madrid

− Es moderno pero le faltan unos arreglos, me imagino que con el uso se deteriora un poco.

The apartment was located as walk distance from bus/metro stations that made it easy to go around. A lot of supermarkets around.

− Unfortunately the property was not looking as in the pictures. The second room had no windows or door that closes, only a drape that stands as a door. The bathroom shower was leaking and you needed to be careful.

Clean apartment near metro station

Good apartment, clean, very well equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, stove...), comfortable beds, the metro station is close, the shop is across the street

− The couch in the living room is bad (you fall into it), there are no closets in the rooms, they asked us for 30€ if we leave things behind(until 2pm) even though no one was in the apartment that day. The apartment is located on the ground floor, facing the street, one room has no windows

Acogedora

Me gusto que con muy poco espacio tenía todo lo necesario y además muy acogedor. Además es un barrio totalmente chino, así que si te gusta la comida asiática, perfecto.

− La ducha al ser 4 personas solo se podían duchar una y media, es decir que el tanque de agua es muy muy pequeño al ser 4.

Opción recomendable en Madrid

Entorno tranquilo, a un par de calles del Metro con servicios cercanos.

− Parte del mobiliario (banquetas) no se condice con el nivel del depto. Se debe verificar que haya vajilla disponible para la cantidad de huéspedes, ya que hubo algunos faltantes de cubiertos.

Me gustó mucho los espacios separados y también que la cocina tuviera 3 ornillas

− Las toallas estaban limpias pero manchadas eso no fue de mi agrado de igual manera, no olían mal
