Awful stay and poor management

Nothing because they didn't give me the apartment I rented originally

− The location. The noise. How insecure and uncomfortable made me and my family feel.

Nice Apartment & Neighborhood

The apartment is newly renovated with modern furniture. Very clean & neat. Also the view to Sagrada Familia is incredible. It’s a very nice neighborhood with lots of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc

− The only thing that was a true hassle for us is picking up the keys from different location which is too far away from the property location

Pleasant with a few very frustrating caveats

Location was great! Space was clean and pleasant.

− Apartment: Looks nice, but you quickly find the space is very cheap and poorly put together. The furniture was constructed incorrectly (chairs and table were literally falling apart and not weight bearing). One of the bathrooms was missing a shower curtain so it was not usable. Service: Absolutely awful. Impossible to get a response from the staff. Upon arrival, the man who passed us the keys seemed to be under the influence and couldn’t remember how to enter the apartment, explaining all the instructions wrong. The key pick up location is also very far away from the actual apartment, very inconvenient.

The staff mentioned that the deposit was a hold but made an actual change and we still haven’t receive the refund after

Location is amazing and lovely balcony.

− The shower didn’t have any door or curtains so the water is just splashing out in one of the bathroom. They could give more shower gel and the toilet roll looks old and brown, so we had to get our own. Check in was in a different location and not very convenient to get to the actual apartment.
