整體而言是好的,希望房內潮濕和冷氣臭味可以改善

9.0

位置挺好的,也靠近超商,夾在兩個車站中間算是方便,都要走路大概8到10分鐘

房間潮濕,有一間房開冷氣有臭味

For a place to just sleep and go out again it works perfectly fine. The issues are not deal breaker

6.0

2 showers and 2 bathrooms were very convenient. The bed comforter were very good. The area is pretty quiet until construction started outside.

6mm glass in windows provide no sound insulation, the metal front door also provides no sound insulation. The AC unit in the middle room creates an awful sweat smell and makes it unusable. Cleaning missed a few spots and previous guests items were found in closets and under bed. One of the toilet seats were not secured properly and will shift. The sofa was quite dirty with garbage in the cracks (luckily we could clean it up with the provided vaccum). The washer drier was nice to have but not a great unit, clothes will be very wrinkled and the drying function is not very capable. Pillows were not good. The power outlets were hard to locate and one power outlet to share with 3-4 people in one room is not sufficient if we didn't have a charger block with 5 usb ports we wouldn't be able to charge all our devices. This outlet type also does not leave a lot of space between each 2 prong port so one charging block can easily block the other. If all 7-8 people have check in luggage and carry on luggage, it is a challenge to manage it all with the limited space but no impossible.

Could be cleaner but nice residential area in “Little Paris”

7.0

The best things about the apartment is that it has 2 showers and 2 toilets. There are 2 bedrooms that can sleep 3 people in each. But the beds are stuck together so you have to be comfortable sleeping right next to your travel companions. There is a washer/dryer with detergent provided. There is a Smart Tv (Netflix etc) and a dining table that seats up to 8. Kitchen is fully functional

There is a lot of dust in the apartment and it isn’t as clean as one would expect from a Japanese apartment. Towels are looking a bit old as some other reviews said. It is a bit far from the metro but it is a pleasant 9-10 minute walk through a residential area with nice shops and cafes. There is no heater in the bathroom areas but you can leave the door to the bedrooms and living room open so the heat can travel to the bathroom. It is upstairs so you need to be mobile to walk up a flight of stairs. The alls are thin so need to be very quiet.

A great place to stay if you have a family of 5 or more.

8.0

We liked the location, and that my family of 5 could stay together in a comfortable home. Best of all, this apartment had 2 toilets and 2 showers. And a washer/dryer. The family room/kitchen was also nice so that we can cook some meals and eat together. There are many 7-11's and Lawson's nearby. But the best, was that there is a grocery store just 5 minutes away. Every night, they marked down the prepared meals, so we saved a lot of money by buying the reduced priced sushi and cooked meals!

The two rooms, have beds cramped into the rooms, so there's no room for luggage, and even to get out of the bed, you almost have to crawl over the person next to you. The beds are getting worn, and there are sunken areas in the mattresses. The provided towels are also a tad worn, and thinning. There is no heating in the toilet rooms, nor the showers. We stayed at the airbnb, during December, and it was chilly in the bathrooms. The washer/dryer is one machine that does both. The instructions left by the host wasn't very detailed. I had to ask people on facebook, on how to use the machine. Also, due to the cramped bedrooms, all our luggage had to be placed in the family room, and we had to get dressed in the family room. The host has signs that no shoes are to be worn inside the house. This is fine, and tradition in Japan. However, if you stay at a hotel, they provide house slippers. This host doesn't supply house slippers, so you will need to bring your own. I wish I had known earlier to pack my own slippers.
