10.0La ubicación, tiene una estación del metro justo al lado y el espacio esta muy bien decorado, todo muy cómodo y limpio:) lo recomiendo.
An excellent apartment if you don't mind the noise.
5.0The room and amenities in the facility were excellent. Having a washing machine was a plus. The air conditioning worked fine and the apartment was a quick five minute walk to the nearest metro station (Fontana.) In fact, the apartment would have been ideal had it not been for one factor cited below.
− Noise was a serious problem in this apartment. The residents in apartment above came home each night at about 10:00 PM, and for the next 60-90 minutes, we heard every bump, every footstep, every chair being moved, and most conversations. The inhabitants were not deliberately being loud, but the sound transmitted like paper between the floors. That plus the fact that the apartment is located at the corner of a busy street made getting to sleep very difficult. If you can put up with ambient noise, this apartment is ideal. If noise is a problem for you, I would look elsewhere.
