− They promised access to the pool area and playground. At arrival we were kicked out by security immediately. No acces for Holiday rentals. The hosts told us they were unaware of this although they already did not leave the key to acces the pool area... So did they really not know? When I told them this is unacceptable they brought the key and said: well we did our best now, if you get kicked out it is not our fault. 600 euro a night for a place that advertises with a great pool for my kids, can you imagine how disapointed my kids were after not living op to the promise I made to them? They were stuck on the balcony now every time we were home. About the balcony, if you pay good money again, you should at least have a lounge set that you can sit on. This on gives you backache from the moment you sit on it. the 2 persons bed is the smallest 2 persons bed on the market be aware of that as well.
