− 強いて言えば、窓によっては隣家と近いので、カーテンが開けられなかったこと 管理費がプラスでかかるので合計金額がちょっと高いこと。
場所も分かりやすく、交通の便もよく快適でした！
9.0成増に用事があったため、夜遅くなることもありとてもいい場所で助かりました。

3.0L’appartement était bien situé.
− L’appartement est très mal isolé donc il laissait rentrer l’air froid. Même avec le chauffage allumé il faisait froid. Les casseroles et poêles étaient brûlées et sales et la plaque électrique faisait sauter les plombs quand on l’allumait.
