Location

− Shortly before arriving we were told the apartment was at another address than the address given at booking.com (and still is, I looked it up at booking.com). This is weird. It was a very shabby apartment. Many electrical outlets were holes in the wall. Lampshades were missing. Sheets and blankets were made from the cheapest material and smelled like they hadn't been washed. The mattress for the sofa bed was of very poor quality, there were holes in the mattress cover, the foam rubber was bulging. It was very noisy, each day around 4-5 o'çlock in the morning there was loud talking outside which coul be heard clearly inside the apartment. So very poor quality for the price.

Overpriced and dirty.

Too expensive for what it offers overall. Dirty, extremely dusty on the floor(nevermind the blossom things from the trees outside) , dusty closet, the towel I almost used smelled bad, dirty walls, bad condition of the apartment itself. The area didn't seem safe, lots of sketchy corners and yelling in the middle of the night, would not recommend to people that don't feel safe walking alone at night. Even if the owner called the cleaning lady the next day , she just cleaned the mosquito blood and cleaned the floor , that was it even though the owner came by and supposedly inspected it , it's a lot of money for it. I don't know if I can upload videos, but the door does not lock from the inside.

Central location, but still quiet at night, ideal size, practical furniture, very well equipped (AC, hair dryer, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, towels, bed linen etc.).

Everything was perfect. Just one train Station away from university. Near by is a dia and mercadona and Lots of Bars and Cafés.
