La ubicación cerca del Botánico en coche para poder ir a los conciertos si eres de fuera. Espacio bien aprovechado, suficiente para poder pasar una noche o un finde si vas a estar fuera , se puede aparcar en zona azul cerca.

− Las camas y almohadas sobre todo, incómodas.

− Infestazioni di cimici da letto che hanno morso tutte le persone soggiornanti. Il proprietario, dopo aver mandato foto e video fa finta di non sapere nulla e dice di usare alcohol. Abbiamo dovuto pagare un'altra struttura, specialmente perchè dormire con un bimbo di 1 anno in questa struttura è completamente deleterio. UPDATE After reading the property's response, I would like to clarify a few points. First, the response does not dispute any of the facts reported in my original review: Bed bugs were found inside the apartment. Photos and videos were taken. Multiple family members, including a one-year-old child, suffered bites. We were forced to leave the property and pay approximately €500 for alternative accommodation. No refund has been offered. The property states that no previous guests had reported bed bugs and that regular preventive treatments are carried out. While I appreciate that preventive measures may have been performed, this does not change what occurred during our stay. The relevant fact is that bed bugs were present and documented. The property also notes that they were informed on the last day of the stay. This is unsurprising. Bed bug bites often become noticeable only hours or even days after the actual exposure, and the infestation was only discovered after we started investigating the cause of the bites and physically located the insects inside the apartment. Once we identified the problem, it was reported immediately. Most importantly, despite acknowledging our complaint and despite the evidence provided, the property has not disputed the existence of the insects, has not reimbursed the stay, and has not compensated the additional accommodation costs we had to incur. I leave this update so that future guests can evaluate the situation based on the documented facts and make their own informed decision.

El apartamento cuenta con lo esencial para pasar unos días y esta bien ubicado. En las próximidades hay cafeterías y tiendas que te salvan de un apuro,así como parada de metro.

− Para mi parecer las almohadas no son nada cómodas y nos encontramos unos calcetines debajo del sofá del salón,imagino de los anteriores inquilinos.
