10.0Todo muy bien, la ubicación, el precio, la comodidad y el tiempo de respuesta de los anfitriones, el edificio tiene elevador asi que no se sufre con las maletas
− Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado pero poniendo un ventilador en el pasillo desde la cocina hacia los cuartos se refrescan los dos cuartos asi que no se sufre por eso

9.0Konum merkezi. Genelde her yere yürüdük, metro evin önünde. Evin terası mükemmeldi. Sabahları ve akşamları orada vakit geçirdik. İhtiyacınız olacak her şey evde var. Ev sahipleri ile iletişim kurmak oldukça kolay. Welcome hediyesi için teşekkürler <3 Geldiğimizde tekrar konaklamak isteriz.
− Küçük odada priz olmaması biraz zorladı.. Küçük banyo da biraz fazla küçük :)

10.0Great apartment, everything you need is already hier, worth for the many,good connection with metro,bus...perfect
Would not recommend unless sewage smell is remediated.
3.0Good location and nice patio.
− Severe sewage smell in the appartement which was primary in one bathroom but permeated throughout the place. Staff was informed and a person was sent to clean drains but did not fix the issue. Beds were uncomfortable. No towel racks in the bathrooms.

-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED.
-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit.
-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine.
-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).
-This accommodations is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros.
