The size of the room. The amenities like the kitchen and bathroom. The washer and dryer.

− The location is great, but the street conditions weren't ideal. The streets were dirty and crowded. We saw sex workers frequently during our stay, and it was a bit uncomfortable walking around with our 13-year-old son.

Localização, silêncio, mesmo estando praticamente na Gran Via, limpeza e a comunicação com anfitrião.

− Coisas pessoais que não afetaram em nada a hospedagem.(ex; colchão da cama mole e a pia para lavar louça em uma posição desagradável, informando que possui lava louças, mas não usamos, pois estavámos em três, pouca louça. Lembrando que são coisas individuais, acomodação é muito satisfatória, me hospedaria novamente.

A great location for exploring Madrid. Despite being right in Gran Via, the place is very quiet and peaceful because it is an interior apartment with windows that look out onto a pretty central courtyard. The host was communicative and helpful. The interior is very pretty and well-maintained. It is small but that was okay with us because we were not spending much time there. A major subway station is just down the block.

− Although you use your cell phone to enter the building and apartment, the host does provide a key. We were never able to get the key to work, which wasn't an issue because the phone worked, but knowing the key would work if something happened to our phones would have been nice. Also, we could not figure out how to unlock the apartment from the inside without using our phones. The host said to just turn the knob on the lock, but we could never get it to work. Not the end of the world but you should be able to exit a place quickly if there is an emergency.
